I was referred to Mr. Lenkowsky by a friend who worked with the courts. He did not listen, asking the same questions repeatedly. Then he accused me of lying because I told him I did not receive an email; I confirmed in my records that it was never received. Then, on the day of my hearing, after meeting me the day before and not saying anything, he sent someone whom I'd never met to go before the judge. The only time I got a quick answer was when I inquired about a refund of excess funds and was informed that all fees are considered earned upon receipt.
