I am writing this statement on behalf of Mr. Keith Knochel Esq., Attorney at Law. Recently I needed Mr. Knochel’s services regarding an incident I was involved in the Bullhead City area of Arizona. From the moment I met with Mr. Knochel I not only felt he was competent attorney I also felt that he ...genuinely cared about me and my situation. Most recently I had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Knochel practice his profession in the court room during two separate motion to suppress hearings in the Bullhead City Justice Court. Mr. Knochel presented his case and himself very well in court and did an excellent job when examining witnesses. I was most impressed with his professionalism and the class he showed when questioning the involved police officer. Due to his command of the English language, as well as preparation and knowledge of the applicable laws, he was able to attack weaknesses in the prosecution’s case without alienating himself with the judge. At the conclusion of these hearings it is my opinion Mr. Knochel presented an overwhelming case in favor of his client. Mr Knochel handled my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy a few years ago and I couldnt have been in better hands!!! I went to him when I was about to lose my home and he helped me stay in my home for as long as possible which was much, much longer than others in the same position as me! Also, not only was EVERYONE... in his office helpful and caring, but Mr Knochel himself ALWAYS took the time to reach out to me by phone and by email with ANY questions I might have had (and there were many!). He also kept in touch with me after it was all said and done to make sure I was happy and "If there was anything else he could help me with dont hesitate to call". Time to retire. Avoid this "law" office. Absolutely the most unprofessional staff from "Receptionist" to "Paralegal" to "Office Manager". After hiring and setting up a personal appointment (as I hired and paid over the telephone), I drove the 275 miles to meet him, and Attorney was not in town. O...ffice staff was unapologetic and annoyed when I arrived to the office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Note: I did receive a full refund of the retainer.
