Hired this attorney for 3 cases were charged a flat rate to represent all 3 cases. The 1st case he lost, which was to remove a 3rd party restraining order. Representation was poor, inadequate. Only met with attorney once and we had to provide all information and do all the research and run around col...lecting paperwork ourselves bringing them back and forth to his office. After realizing he was not going to be able to proceed with sufficient knowledge and skills, we hired a attorney out of town. Asked for refund on the 2 other cases we paid for which his office denied to refund when he did not represent or do any work other than file to postpone date.
