I have been an AV rated trial lawyer for over 20 years. I was a prosecutor, worked for the largest law firm in the State of Arizona, and have been a name partner in a small law firm. I have tried over 40 cases as lead counsel in state and federal courts in Arizona and Colorado. I have appeared numerous times before the Arizona courts of Appeal, Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit.
I am a solo practitioner and represent clients who have been wronged---criminally accused, hurt and injured and those defrauded. I am a trial lawyer.
