He’s representing my ex

So far so good fo me. He didn’t submit paperwork to me or the ag even though he said he did. Didn’t file the right stuff before court. Did cost me me an extension and an extra day off work in a month but I’m sure he will bill her. The ag lady tore him up.

Beware

I read all the reviews warning that John Mull did not follow through and stay on top of his cases. I should have heeded those warnings. John failed multiple times to file paperwork and represent me. I lost my case as a result of John's poor work.

Great outcome during a difficult time in your life.

I had two paid consultations with attorneys prior to calling John Mull. I felt so lost and unsure with those prior consultations. I then called John Mull and I knew I found the right person to represent me. From the first phone call till the signing of the final documents John kept me informed and n...egotiated A settlement beyond what I expected. Thanks again.

Proceed with extreme caution

While I think that John is a nice person, he does not pay close attention to his cases. Half the time I question if he was working for me or my ex. He is not very agressice and does not bring up case law or very many laws in the Courtroom. He will urge you to come to an agreement so that he has to... little or no work. Twice my case did not get heard because he failed to file the proper paperwork or underlying orders. Even after the Judge told him to. This set my case way back and now I am in a worse position than when I started. If you need representation to be agerssive and file the proper paperwork, I will strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"John is a well-respected litigation attorney in the Prescott community. Instead of just generating legal work that he can bill to his client, he first tries to reach a settlement that works for his client and with the opposing side. It is a pleasure to work with John because of this. This saves both parties from unnecessary attorneys' fees."

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2021.

Reprimand issued in AZ, 2021

updated on 09/16/2021

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
