Harvel M Golden

Harvel Golden was the worst lawyer I've ever had. I am in the process of coming after him with a bar complaint. He hardly communicated with me, neglected to tell me important details of my case, switched my judge in the middle without approval, made changes to things without telling me and requested ...for me to deny a plea deal with promises as to what the outcome would be if I did. He never explained anything, he left me completely in the dark. Never ever hire this man he will completely screw you over and then disappear claiming to "retire" literally mid case. The public defender's office also made it extremely difficult to get another lawyer and until he disappeared off my case I was unable to get anybody else involved until it was too late.

At trial Harvel refused to call key material witnesses. He lied & said Saige Watts couldn't be found , when Saige was actually in Camp Verde Jail O dorm cell3 at the time & before my trial. He refused to call my mother who could have proved the states witness was lying. My mom was in the court room &... more than willing to testify , but Harvel refused. His actions caused me to be convicted of theft & assault. If you draw Harvel Golden fire him immediately!!!
