Today (4/24) we settled an AZ Traffic Ticket & Complaint at the Prescott Municipal Court. I was represented by Andrew Jolley. He expedited the hearing & satisfied the ticket & complaint - very effectively. I highly & enthusiastically recommend Mr Jolley if you need an attorney. I was told by PLG office staff that I would be appointed for consult with a specialist in Trust, litigation and employment law. After taking my money I was transferred to Mr. Jolly. I had sent multiple documents for review prior to the consult. It was clear upon initiating the conversation he had not... looked at all at the documents sent his office. He quickly became demeaning in his tone and conversation and it was clear he had not only no expertise in this area but also no interest what so ever in my case. He became unprofessional raising his voice and in what he was suggesting. He stated "We are a small law group and not able to handle or put the time into this type of case". Mr. Jolly went on to state he was supposed to offer me 3 other firms who could provide me counsel however, he stated he was only going to give me one. He was insulting and spoke to me like I was ignorant and offensive to him. He was careful upon closing of the Consultation to not sound glib. This was absolutely the worst 100.00 I have ever spent for 20 minutes of insulting unprofessional uneducated conversation. Very disappointing and misleading. Wished I would have read these reviews prior to consulting, its obvious this is a personality defect and he is unaware that it will cause him to lose clients.

Very disappointed with both Andrew Jolley’s performance and conduct. He was assigned to me as my public defender. At first it seemed as if he was going to try to actually defend me. After the first hearing did not go easy he no longer would listen to facts regarding my defense. He wanted me to just g...ive into the charges and go with the program. After insisting on my defense there was no communication for some time. When attempting to call and report new facts about my case I was ignored and even mislead as to what actions were being taken by his firm in my case. I also had a deadline to file for a hearing in which he not only refused to help with he said he would not withdrawal until the end of the following week even though he knew I was facing a deadline. I had to call the state bar and complain. He spoke to me as if I was being punished for wanting to defend myself. Also the most important issue I have with Mr. Jolley is his professional conduct. When we would disagree he would raise his voice at me and curse at me. This was a regular occurrence and he used curse words towards in a raised aggressive manner repeatedly. Mr. Andrew Jolley is an aggressive bully and should not be allowed to practice family law.

Very dissatisfied with work provided. Not on top of what needs to be done, has not been apart of important meetings effecting case outcome. Ceased communication with me for nearly 3 months, failed to respond to certified letter sent, after attempts to reach him by email failed. Since my review has... been posted, Mr. Jolley has reached out to me. He has made it clear that because he is a court appointed attorney on my case, that he has limited time and resources to devote to me because he has paying clients that require his attention. We have come to an understanding that the limited time and resources his firm does have to allocate towards his court appointed clients he will devote every one of them to me. Right now he is working towards resolving my current issues
