Genevieve K. Chato

Early in her practice Ms. Chato represented me when nobody else would. My girlfriend was Navajo, I wasn't. His biological mother gave birth to him and then was gone, out of the picture entirely. Then one day out the blue she took my son for a day visit and disappeared. She abandoned him once more but... with his maternal aunt and uncle this time. I went to Ms. Chato in hopes she would help me regain custody of my son. She agreed and i was so lucky to have found her. She knew how much it meant to me and that i had little money at the time. She did a wonderful job and a year later I had my son back. My son who is now a father himself with two happy healthy children of his own. At the time Genevieve worked with me in regards to payments as my finances were tight. Even once when driving down from Colorado my car broke down, she loaned me the funds to get back home!
