I want to express my overwhelming appreciation for the work ethic and integrity of Mr. Winborne, and his entire firm. First, his office was very responsive to our initial call. We had emails and calls answered within hours, not days or weeks like many others we tried to work with. His retainer was... fair, and MUCH lower than others who offered assistance. Mr Winborne helped me in a very stressful legal situation. I received an order of Driver's License suspension to last 6 months. The order was a result of multiple traffic violations issued on one ticket while I was on vacation in Hawaii. I did not contest traffic violations and just paid all fines... thinking this would take care of everything. However, the State of Illinois, where I live, has issued an order of driver’s license suspension based on these traffic violations. Have I known this was going to happen I would have certainly contested most if not all charges. Driving every day to work is a must for me and this suspension would create many family and work related hardships. Thanks to Mr Winborne's quick, to the point response, and his result driven, legal actions most of the traffic violations were overturned and the order of license suspension was rescinded.
