Let me just begin with the fact that this gentleman took my initial call while on Vacation with his family, and answered all my questions while walking to his next amusement park ride!!! Got into some trouble in Flagstaff, First offense and had no idea how to even begin in the legal system. Mr. Antol...'s name was recommended and it was the best decision i could of made personally. He pleaded my DUI down to reckless driving with no jail time and simple fines and assessments. He was very great at staying in contact and explaining how the process was going to go. His legal assistant Daisy Ornelas, was exactly the same! Helpful with every question and quick with responses, both were very professional and just all around great people. I cannot recommend Bryan enough. I had a criminal speeding charge (a class 3 misdemeanor) and hired him in hopes of getting it reformed to a civil traffic issue. In our first meeting, he told me he was confident it could be done based on the details of my case but was honest on every front, letting m...e know he could not guarantee any specific result. He also said the case could take six months or even more, simply because the justice system is so slow-moving. However, not only was the matter resolved within less than three months, but Bryan negotiated with the court so that I would be eligible to complete traffic school and thereby get the case dismissed entirely - no fine, no points on my driver's license. I honestly didn't think that would be possible considering the case and was overwhelmingly pleased with the result. Bryan took care of everything in as timely a manner as possible, so that I did not have to show up in court at any point, and always kept me updated on the progress of my case. Specifically, he did not promise or guarantee any outcome. Rather he explained the process, outlined his professional view of the citation, the events around the citation and the process of adjudication of the legal proceedings. I was impressed with Mr. Antol's concern and caring. He obviously cared about my daughter and the events leading to her citation. He made it clear that the process could result in a range of outcomes. He clearly described those outcomes and the action he would take if representing my daughter. Regardless of the outcome of our case I would highly recommend Mr. Antol. He is a caring, prepared professional who clearly outlines the legal process and communicates very well. Our outcome was amazing. The criminal speeding violation was reduced to civil speeding and my daughter was allowed to attend defensive driving school to eliminate the points from her record! Upon meeting with Bryan, he made no promises other than that he won’t give up. He believed in my innocence and was successfully able to display that in court.
