Ashley DeBoard focuses her practice on estate planning for women, families, small business owners, and seniors. Raised in Flagstaff, Ashley is proud to serve her hometown community by helping clients protect their loved ones, preserve their assets, and achieve peace of mind.
Ashley graduated summa cum laude from Northern Arizona University and earned her law degree cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School. She brings over a decade of diverse legal experience, including serving as a civil attorney and general counsel for Coconino County, where she handled guardianships, real estate, and transactional matters. This broad foundation equips Ashley to guide her clients through personalized estate planning solutions with clarity and confidence.
As a mother of two, Ashley is deeply attuned to the needs of families and passionate about creating plans that work when they are needed most. She specializes in protecting minor children, values-based planning, incapacity preparation, and wealth preservation. Whether you are starting a family, growing a business, or planning your legacy, Ashley will help you design a plan that reflects your priorities and values while staying within your budget.
Ashley is an active member of her community. She serves on the board of the Arizona Community Foundation of Flagstaff and previously served on the board of Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona. She was also appointed to the Coconino County Judicial Nominating Commission, where she contributes to strengthening the local judiciary.
When she isn’t practicing law, Ashley enjoys reading, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with her family in beautiful Northern Arizona.
