John Salskov and his team at Larson & Simpson were so helpful in transferring my deceased father's Arizona property to his heirs. My father passed in the state of Florida, so formal probate was in Florida and an ancillary probate was needed in Arizona to transfer a parcel of land in Arizona to his heirs.
