More than anything else, I refuse to be just a legal technician.
I excel at legal strategy, planning and figuring out how THIS matter fits in with the "big picture" of my clients' lives.
My advice -- based on my 39 years practicing law -- therefore does more than merely solve the present problem. My advice and counsel improve my clients' lives in general.

Empowered at start then disappointed
Scott made us feel at ease and guided us through the bk professionally. He advised us poorly. He told us we could stay in the house, make payments and simply turn in the keys when we needed to leave, because "the house is covered in the bankruptcy."
