Out of a Trust bind quickly

I was trying to finalize a mortgage. The attorneys at the mortgage provider said our (deceased husband and my) trust was written in a complicated and incomplete way and they would have to decline the mortgage unless I was able to have an attorney un-complicate it correctly. I sent a copy of the trust... to Mr Weible and he said he could "fix" it. We were able to meet in less than a week and he was able to eliminate the trust and put the property in my name only. A great help for my children when I pass & also the ability to get the mortgage. Consequently he also updated all my other legal paperwork from more 2008. Amazing how many details were out of date. I sincerely appreciated the speed he was able to do this, since so timing was of the essence.

Excellent

I went to Mr. Weible for estate planning and was extremely pleased with his work. I knew little or nothing about what I might need in the way wills and trusts and he helped me to understand the best options for my situation. I thought my situation quite simple but when I told him about my complex chi...ldren structure (kids from a couple marriages plus step kids) he showed me how a trust might be better. I always thought trusts were for the rich but this handled my need extremely well and didn't cost a fortune to set up. I loved that he made sure I understood what he was talking about as well. Might have been those blank looks on my face that were a clue but he made it easy for me!
