My son was forced to accept a plea of resisting arrest because they refused to give us the FOIA requested information before trial. Once he accepted the plea, they released the records. The information we found was so damning for the police officer in question that we filed a Post Conviction Relief... with only 2 days to spare. Once we submitted it to Judge White, he decided to assign Rosemary to my son's case. At first we thought the judge was actually trying to help us but we later found out that the sheriff that unlawfully tasered our son has a wife that works in the same courthouse. He asked Rosemary to rewrite the complaint for us. She never gave us a copy of her work product and considering we just got the court order from Judge White, quashing our ability to get my son's case heard based on her motion, I'd have to say she don't know what she is doing regarding civil matters or she was hired by the judge to purposefully ruin his case.
