I was extremely disappointed with the lack of interest and caring on the part of Paul Willman and his staff in preparing a trust. I consulted with Paul in July along with my ex-husband, Don. He assured us he could take care of the trust work we needed. What should have taken maybe 6-8 weeks dragge...d on for months. We were prompt whenever we were contacted for something, but no amount of prodding got the process going any faster. In the end we wrote large segments of it ourselves. Then the staff completely garbled it, causing us to have to carefully review each detail to be sure they had not messed it up again. Very bad service.
