Biography
I offer the experience and judgment that comes from over 42 years spent in court. I have completed well over 220 jury trials. I have been an elected District Attorney, public defender, and a private lawyer for over 24 years. I am licensed in both Arizona and New Mexico. I personally provide my clients with the best possible legal services. I practice in Federal, Arizona and New Mexico state courts. I also take select appellate cases. In appropriate situations I will act as Knapp counsel and provide second opinion and consultation services.
