Make sure to disclose it. Usually a bankruptcy filing does not effect security clearances.

My dad co-signed for my car, so therefore he is on the title. He just filed for bankruptcy. I just finish paying off the car.

The law of equity says your father has no interest in the vehicle. Remember you also have an exemption to protect the vehicle.

A discharge being issued does not mean the case is closed. If the case is still open then the stay should still be on place.
