I plan to take my mortgage out of my ch13 but stay in ch13 with other creditors that I owe. Can't the bank still sue me?

After the surrender any remaining debt to the bank is a general unsecured creditor that can handled through your plan. An amended plan will be needed.

There are all the same its the collection efforts that vary. Private lenders are more aggressive.
