They must serve you to proceed. I believe they have 120 days to serve you but that deadline can be extended.

Landlords are permitted to have criteria for accepting tenants. Keep looking though someone will rent to you.

You need form b 22 completed. the forms are different for chapters 7 and 13. you need a lawyer.
