In my experience unless you pay the trustee the full amount he will move to vacate the discharge injunction which means your creditors would be...

The trustee keeps a pro rata share based on the day of filing. Best bet usually is wait to file the BK until after you receive and spend the refund.

In theory yes if the transfer was intended to hinder and delay collection. But it is unlikely that they will go after the car.
