Even in community property states like your creditors generally don't pursue spouses with fact patterns like the one you describe.

Deed it into a straw trust. Offer the bank a deed in lieu. Has the foreclosure been completed because that will accomplish it too.

Record your child support judgement in the county in which he resides. If you don't have an entered judgment then get one. You need a lawyers.
