Student loans are sole and separate debts so you are the only person liable to pay them.
I received a Bench Warrant Order for failure to appear with bond at $100 on a Collections matter.

File an answer with the court to prevent a default judgement. Attend all hearings. Keep talking to the attorney about settlement.
