If the job offer came after you filed bankruptcy then its a non issue.

The money spent on an attorney will be better utilized paying the debt unless its a bankruptcy attorney.

Hard to predict. Usually they want money. Putting you in jail costs them money. You should talk to the county attorney and negotiate a payment plan.

Spousal maintenance is non dischargable. File the proof of claim and if necessary enforce your claim in state court.

If she makes the payment then she keeps the car. Her credit should not be affected if she makes the payment.
