I help clients resolve their business legal issues and, when necessary, represent them in administrative and litigation matters. I also provide compliance training to businesses, their owners and their employees and represent individuals and businesses in regulatory and compliance matters.

I form corporate entities such as partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. I prepare corporate documents including operating agreements, partnership agreements, articles of incorporation and shareholder agreements.
