Peter got involved in my case for the last half of it. He explained what was going on and kept my hopes up. My child was returned Nov 2017 & my case was closed in Feb 2018. Most people lose their kids to corrupt CPS. I do not get why he was reviewed by a board in 2017. He has much integrity and ...

This attorney listened to my complaint, and said the first thing we would have to do is settle on his cost's, he emailed me a long list of what all costs would be incurred and a request for $5000 up front. Then 3 weeks later sent me a bill for sending me that letter about how much it would cost.
I don't recognize this person and the facts as described don't sound like my practice. Only in rare cases such as complex estate litigation matters do I request an advance and I would not intentionally send a bill to someone who has not first signed the fee agreement. Perhaps he has me confused with another attorney.
