Ms. Jacobs served as my legal representation in family court proceedings involving my daughter being taken from her custodial parent by the state. She was honest and realistic in her evaluation and consistently provided practical and concise advice. I should also point out that she was the ONLY perso...n involved in the situation who I never had difficulty keeping in contact with. Getting the attention of the state's overloaded case manager was often impossible, but Ms. Jacobs never failed to respond in a timely manner. Although I had to reduce my expectations for gaining custody simply as a result of Arizona's legislative disregard for what I would interpret as "common sense" (specifically, returning a child to a parent who has a history of multiple dependencies stemming from their illegal drug usage), Ms. Jacobs empowered me to go as far as the system is designed to allow. I'm left in a highly advantageous position if the other parent ever steps out of line again. She is reliable, pragmatic and an effective communicator.

At first Jane Jacobs seems pretty knowledgeable, but unfortunately she is definitely not looking out for the best interest of her clients. She originally quoted us $3000 for a child relocation case, and as soon as the other party retained counsel she tried to Price gouging us and increase her retaine...r to $7000. I strongly recommend my fellow veterans consider a hard pass when it comes to Jane Jacobs as an attorney. A child relocation case is stressful enough, and having to deal with individuals like this it’s truly unfortunate.

Jane is phenomenal to say the least. After our first meeting I was more than convinced that she would help me get my daughter back in my life. Jane and her staff are attentive and waste no time when it comes to taking action or replying if a response is needed. Her attention to detail and quick rebut...tal proved flawless in a successful attempt to get me back in my child’s life through trial. Rather than a client, I am treated more like a friend whom she desperately wants to help. Jane is a well seasoned expert attorney who’s presence is demanding in the courtroom. She is a true professional. I would recommend Jane to all of my family and friends in the event that her services are needed.

Jane did a fantastic job representing me in a nasty divorce. She really fought for me to get the stuff that was fair. She was always ready for hearings and we had lengthy trial. She was very strong in court and was really good at cross examining the witnesses. She also argued really well for what... I wanted. She always responded to my calls or emails right away, even on weekends. At the end of my case, she actually was able to return a portion of my retainer. She was so fair and reasonable. I would recommend her as an attorney,

My experience with this attorney is through juvenile court. She represents one child who has been involved with CPS for months and she has not been out to see him nor has she contacted placement regarding the child's well being. I don't understand how she can go to court in front of a judge and spe...ak on behalf of her client if she has no knowledge regarding his status. I hope Ms. Jacobs steps it up and actually does her job as there is a 1 year old (and possibly others) depending on her.
