You’re in Good Hands

I am not overfond of dealing with financial, legal, and end-of-life matters. Tim Struse helped my husband and me set up a trust, wills, and provisions for future health issues. During that process he explained why each of these was part of estate planning and answered my questions, all this without c...ondescension. I felt relieved, knowledgeable, and prepared. Tim is professional yet caring. He took the time to get to know us and figure out what we needed. When we revised our will, he was prompt and responsive, yet precise. I felt that I was in good hands.

Excellent expertise, thorough execution

My husband and I retired to Arizona from another state, and we needed our estate planning paperwork updated to avoid probate in our new state and to suit a new and different stage of life. Timothy Struse did an excellent job with our estate planning including creating our Estate Trust, our personal ...Wills, our Living Wills, our Medical and Financial Powers of Attorney, as well as the creation of specific Trusts needed for our children and grandchildren. Throughout the process, Tim provided pivotal and experienced professional expertise and thoughtful insights to fit specific requests and to personalize to our situation and preferences. He answered our questions well and ensured our understanding; he did a thorough and complete professional job with the multiple aspects of our needed legal work. His excellent, thorough work and up-to-date expertise gives us fine comfort that our estate and legal paperwork are well and thoroughly prepared.

Excellent Lawyer

My ex-husband passed last month, and lived in AZ. Our children live in Hawaii, and they had no idea what do do upon hearing about the passing of their father. We have been told that no Will was left, so we knew we needed to talk to an attorney to help us with this process. On the recommendation of... another law firm, I was put in contact with Mr. Struse. We spend an hour long Zoom conference call with Mr. Struse and we all felt confident that he was the correct attorney to speak to about our concerns and helping us navigate our next direction. He answered all our questions, listening patiently, giving us ethical / straight forward advise. We left the conversation with the knowledge of how probate works and knowing how we need / want to move forward. Thank you Mr. Struse so much for helping us, especially with the distance problem (Hawaii - Arizona) and having no Will in place. Mr. Stuse is extremely east to talk to, answers your questions, helps you understand the process explaining in plain English, and was genuinely empathetic to our situation. I also need to add, Andrea, his paralegal, was wonderful to talk to and did a fantastic job setting up our Zoom appointment and doing the intake of information before our appointment. I truly wish I could find a law firm like this in Hawaii.

Best trust attorney ever

I've used the services of Slosser Law Firm's, Timothy Struse, in the past when he deftly sorted out my deceased mother's property holdings and got my sister and I on track to transfer the property title. The property had been taken out of the Trust to be refinanced when my mother was still alive, b...ut was mistakenly not put back in the Trust. So when it came time to make sure the remaining properties were in order to sell and sign off on the escrow documents with only one Trustee instead of two, hiring Timothy Struse again was a no-brainer. Timothy made the process easier and saved my sister and I a lot of time and effort. He's affordable, fast, pleasant and knows what he's doing. You can interview other attorneys like I did prior to hiring him the first time, but I guarantee you I am most happy with Timothy and can't recommend him highly enough.

Tim Struse helped us to get our inheritance

Tim Struse handled our case of Trust settlement. My sister and I had been working with another lawyer for 6 months to obtain our rightful inheritance after the death of our father, but the trustee of my father's Trust (his second wife) chose to interpret the documents to give herself all the income ...from the Trust assets for life even though our father had made it clear in the last amendment he signed before his death that she was to receive a lump sum and his children were to receive the remainder. We were getting nowhere until we hired Tim Struse who promptly drew up a Trust Distribution Agreement which all parties felt was equitable. Throughout the process, Tim kept us informed of progress, answered all our emails (sometimes within minutes) and made us feel like we had a powerful ally. I would highly recommend Tim Struse to anyone with Trust or Estate problems.
