I had a federal case for five kilos of fentanyl over the national border of Mexico. I was the driver in the car was in my name. I have three prior felonies at the state level. Mr Higgins saved my life and was a godsend in court. He knew his stuff he presented a great case for me and he won! I was man...dated 10 years and I walked away with five years probation. He has a great demeanor, very easy to talk to easy to get along with. He always made me feel comfortable. His staff was phenomenal. I was convicted of a federal felony that had to do with a business I owned. It was a non violent paperwork error. Never the less a federal conviction.
