I can only speak for myself regarding Ms. Johnson's qualifications and expertise. She patiently helped me through the maze of bankruptcy requirements. Without her guidance, I would have been lost. Ms. Johnson is thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant, and a credit to her profession. How anyone could c...onceive her any other way is baffling to me. I think that the negative evaluation was unfair, and was purely an act by someone who was unhappy with her life in general. I doubt that Ms. Johnson warrented the criticism, but once it's posted, there it is. Too Bad.

Where do I start, first she would not remember us, we seen her 4 times, talked a few times on the phone and emails and each time she thought we were somebody else. Only told us when it was too late what was going on. Was no help in the trustee office, she just sat there with a scared look on her fa...ce, afraid the trustee would yell at her. Never told us that she could have protected our Tax refund, didn't even know the trustee could and will take it. Also had to prove to her we paid her with the canceled checks on more than one occasion. We felt very unsupported and always second guessing what she was doing, I would have made out better filling myself!! The trustee is full of himself and thinks he is better than anyone. Do your research and find a good lawyer, it’s your right to file, make sure you have an informed decision on picking a lawyer, one that works and will work for you.

You always hope you never need a bankruptcy attorney but if you do you want a good one. Susan Johnson is just that person. The bankruptcy process itself is a stressful experience but Susan made the entire process less frightening. Her expertise and knowledge were calming and she ensured we understood... each step of the process. We felt prepared and in very capable hands. Our paperwork was promptly prepared and accurate so our bankruptcy went smoothly. She always took the time to answer all questions and spent enough time with us that we never felt rushed. She also returned all phone calls in a timely manner. We were very pleased with her representation. I can highly recommend Susan from personal experience. If you find yourself in our position you couldn't be in better hands. Her rates were fair and she was worth every penny.
