Professional misconduct
Brown was on retainer for my HOA. When notified our property manager was 3x convicted felon, he did nothing, failing his fiduciary responsibility. When our accounts were emptied later, his legal advice was not to seek restitution, we would be suing ourselves. In foreclosures he runs up legal fees...
