Run away. Esp. if you are a sexual assault victim.

This individual sat on my case for a year, and with only 2 months left to file a lawsuit under AZ law, he called me (only when I asked for an update) to tell me he didn't feel like going forward. It is a long and complicated case that no attorney would take on with only two months of notice, effectiv...ely ruining my shot at any alleged justice. There is little evidence he did much work on it, especially considering he did not even read the police report when I initially gave him that file a year ago. This was evident by him yelling at me about it nearly a year after the fact. I found him to be a victim-blamer with no understanding of what it is like to constantly be blamed and shamed for someone else's decision to rape me. Many attorneys won't take sexual assault cases because they're "difficult to prove", but at least they should have the decency to tell you it's over while you still have time to find someone who will actually put in the work for you. No sexual assault victim should trust this man with their case or their trauma. Preserve your sanity and dignity and find someone who actually understands sexual trauma, who won't further harm you or your chances at finding any justice in the legal system. You deserve better.

Noah's THE BEST!

I've worked with, lawyers, and been around both sides of the law, for the last 45 years, so I know "from the inside" how to rate a lawyer, both criminal and civil. Noah is one of the very best, not quite as good as he will be in ten years because every GOOD lawyer will continue to improve, but No...ah is approaching his prime. Proof I'm a "real" client? Noah and I "took down" Rathbun Reality for Breech of Contract in Pima County Superior Court in April 2012 and in so doing, started a process which eventually uncovered a massive fraud, the embezzlement of 1.8 million, and the demise of Rathbun Realty. I'm a controversial public figure so I don't want to embarrass the guy by being too enthusiastic with my praise, but I just had to laugh at his 1 star rating by his peers. Be "afraid" of some of the 5 star lawyers! The Pima County Bar is FULL of brown nosed, third rate scum-bags who Just LOVE to pat each other on the back !

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
