Kristian Harrison Salter

Mr. Salter was my public defender attorney in a "contempt of court" cause, and "violation of a restraining order" cause. Judge Peyton allowed me to speak on my behalf at trial, however Mr. Salter was really key to spotting a spectator who was trying to coach the state's witness, and have her removed... from the courtroom, and also in bringing me up to speed on the evidence rules, case strategy, and how to move for dismissal after the state failed to prove its case against me. Without Mr. Salter, I might have taken the state's last minute plea bargain. Thank God I didn't. Was not aware of this Avvo Rating until now.
