I have the greatest respect and appreciation for the work Mr. Glasson performed on my behalf. Having worked as a freelance court reporter for over 30 years (and as a legal secretary prior to that), I'm probably more aware than most of the general public what to look for in an attorney: Persistence,... attention to detail, ability to communicate clearly with opposing counsel, both through the written word and by telephone. Doug Glasson comes through with flying colors. He was accessible by phone and readily returned my calls when I left messages. I never doubted he was doing his absolute best to bring about a positive outcome for me. He most certainly accomplished his goal.
