A desperate, duplicitous & delinquent attorney

Tyler was supposed to represent me in a dependency case. He represented himself instead. He is the type of attorney that will tell you anything to hire him. He filed motions knowing they had no basis in law. He failed to list a doctor as a witness to admit critical medical reports that supported my c...ase. He screwed up the witness subpoenas time to appear. He even spoke to other professional to negatively influence their evaluation of my case. Hiring Tyler is like paying the opposing party's legal bills. I had high email traffic in order to get him to assert my rights in court because he would rather argue with me than lift a finger. Then he tried to turn around and bill for emails without any legal work to show for it. He will negotiate the least path of resistance for him and the opposing side. This is a guy you just can't trust. He gives new meaning to the term, "ineffective assistance of counsel."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
