Bored in court attorney
I was in court supporting a family member sitting behind attorney and observed this attorney on his phone throughout the hearing on what appeared to be social media. He was not in court to do what he was paid for and instead appeared uninterested and bored.

Not Recommended
Does not listen to clients. Too cocky and confident. If he would just take the time to listen to his client's history of the case he is taking on, would he better a better attorney. During the court hearing, he did not even know the plaintiff's family member's names and kept getting names confused....
