Carl loves his work, and it shows. He is very enthusiastic and willing to literally get down into the trenches. We hired Carl for a condemnation matter, and he was able to get us almost twice the amount, net of expenses and fees, of the original offer. Mr. Sammartino was our go between to new property owners attorneys. Advised them as to how to write easement description, to satisfy us and our county. Previous owners had cut across corner of our property prior to us owning it. We surveyed and marked original easement in both property descriptions. ...So there was concern of us blocking access. Carl hung in there till easement was finally registered with our county, took some time.
