I am willing and eager to fight City Hall. I have never liked representing the party with the most resources - what fun is there in fighting a battle you are almost guaranteed to win? I get great satisfaction out of disabusing government lawyers of their usual self-righteous grandeur.
I grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania, but have lived in Tucson since I moved here for law school in 2003. I love the desert and have made it my home. I care about what happens in my community, and my practice is geared towards helping people to use their property in a way that advances our common best interest. I find the people in the community keep its best interests better than government officials.
I have always been immersed in real estate - my father is a successful real estate appraiser in Pennsylvania. Little did I know that all of those little detours from tennis practice to "just take a look at a property or two" would become the foundation for a great love of the work that I do.

My Tangerine Rd. properties

Effective and professional
Carl effectively handled my case, he proved to hold his ground guarding my best interests. Before his help I felt as if I had been chasing my tail getting nowhere with my settlement for land acquisition. I was a tenet not the land owner. He was familiar with my rights and made huge moves on my behalf...
