Amazing and knowledgeable

Mr. Sammartino went the extra mile for my husband and I. He was extremely knowledgeable in our real estate issue and very prompt in making things happen for us. You weren’t just another number in the system, he was passionate about our situation and the outcome was in our favor. Super Lawyer in our... book. Highly recommend

Adverse Possession Claim

My wife and I had a good relationship with Carl that resolved our problems with a difficult neighbor. Carl resolved our adverse possession case in our favor and maintained our property the way it always had been.

My Tangerine Rd. properties

Carl Sammartino represented me on an eminent domain case involving 4 properties I own on Tangerine Rd. I enjoyed working with Carl. The settlement I received was as good as I could have expected. Carl was never intimidated by the high powered law firm representing the town. When they tried to hard as...s us, he did the same to them. He never caved, called all their bluffs, and the final number settled on was our number. I would not hesitate to hire Carl for any real estate issues I have in the future

Effective and professional

Carl effectively handled my case, he proved to hold his ground guarding my best interests. Before his help I felt as if I had been chasing my tail getting nowhere with my settlement for land acquisition. I was a tenet not the land owner. He was familiar with my rights and made huge moves on my behalf... that I was unable to achieve alone. He holds himself respectfully and professionally, while being firm and upholding the law.

New owners of South property concerned about easement to said property.

Mr. Sammartino was our go between to new property owners attorneys. Advised them as to how to write easement description, to satisfy us and our county. Previous owners had cut across corner of our property prior to us owning it. We surveyed and marked original easement in both property descriptions. ...So there was concern of us blocking access. Carl hung in there till easement was finally registered with our county, took some time.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
