For over 15 years, I have has been practicing law in Tucson, Arizona. I represent clients in state and federal courts at the trial level and on appeal. I have had the priviledge to argue before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. I speak Spanish fluently and frequently represent Spanish speaking clients in state and federal court. My practice also focuses on the representation of minors and younger adults charged with criminal offenses, whether in adult or juvenile court.
