I did not hire the attorney only had a phone conversation. I do not reside in AZ but was told that I needed to hire an attorney in order to obtain an Affidavit of Succession in order to sell the property I inherited. I called her office and asked how much the service would cost me and was told eig...hteen fifty plus required filing fees.(approx $235) I said eighteen fifty??....do you mean to say One thousand eight hundred fifty dollars?? She said yes. Please be advised that it is probably less than one hour worth of work for her. $1,850??? Seriously!!? Please beware!!!!! Another attorney called me back today and confirmed that this is about 1 hr worth of work and he charges $300 for that service. Although, I know that one needs to hire an attorney for some things, I was able to obtain my above stated Affidavit w/o an attorney. The ladies at the Pima County Supreme Court/probate/trial department are super nice and super helpful. It only cost me my $235 filing fees plus my FedEx $24. I gave her 2 stars because she was nice on the phone. Please beware!! Will take you for your money!!!

Phoebe handled our estate planning. She was thorough, informative, considerate and extremely helpful. We would recommend her wholeheartedly. She is especially helpful to people with non-traditional life-styles, complicated marriages and low budget incomes. Most importantly, she respects the need...s and limitations of seniors.

Contacted Attorney Harris for a consultation and supplied documents for her to read. 2 days later she informed me in an email that based on the documents submitted there was nothing that could be done, the time limit for an appeal had expired. Not so. We later learned that we could indeed have filed ...an appeal, but NOW we were too late. We had offered to pay her but never received an answer. I think she is a poor choice as an attorney and would NEVER recommend her.
