Most honest and hard working attorney I know

Mark represented me on a civil matter. He is conscientious and diligent. I would and have referred his services to many other people.

Do not hire him, he will take your money and absolutely nothing for you unless you agree to snitch

Do Not hire this guy. He will say what you want to hear, until he gets paid. After that, will not show up for court. He will call in, lack of communication is severe. If you call him with a question, he always makes you feel like you are bothering him and also make you feel stupid. Always too busy fo...r your case and talks down to you. The only way he gets his clients off is to try and get them to snitch, putting their family in jeopardy. To him, its no big deal. Has no good relationship with judges or prosecutors. Wasted $10000, for NOTHING. Now he is unwilling to cooperate with new counsel ans provide them with documents that I had to gather myself and pay to have them sent to him. We even haf to drive to court house to give him documents that I had mailed to him, but he was too lazy to go to post office to pick them up. Save your money,Settlment conference was set for an hour, he was late, had about 15 minutes. He was not prepared. The clerk even came out asking us where he was, because he knew what time he was supposed to be there. Save your money and get a REAL attorney, this guys a joke and will take your money for no services rendered.
