Richard Swartz was a blessing as he was appointed to me to help fight my charges of robbery, stolen property, Criminal trespassing. I was accused of a crime that I honestly did not commit. I had fired my previous public defender do to a lot of negative communication and more less trying to have me ta...ke responsibility for these crimes. well here came Richard who got my charges dropped do to the fact that the benson, az detectives had no positive evidence of me doing these crimes so charges were dropped and had to take responsibility for violation of probation wich I did a few months time in prison but have to say that he came through for me and I would highly recommend that any jailbird give him the chance to help your cases !
