Biography
I have 27 years of experience as an Arizona attorney based in Mesa, Arizona. During most of that time, I have been involved in commercial litigation, probate litigation, personal injury, and appellate matters. For more than 12 years, I have been involved in bankruptcy practice, representing individuals, farmers and other businesses in chapter 7, chapter 11, chapter 12, and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. I have done business for much of this time as Arizona Bankruptcy Counsel.
Beginning in September 2022, I have moved my primary location to Safford, Arizona, where I am working with Grant Walker and his firm, J. Grant Walker, PLLC. Grant and his firm provice services throughout Eastern Arizona. I continue to serve bankruptcy and litigation clients, and will be practicing as well in the areas of including estate planning, probate, guardianship and conservatorship, real estate, business transactions, commercial leasing, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
