I was wrongly arrested for DUI. A crazy police officer arrested me; a clean person who has never drank alcohol in his entire life. The cop was a complete jerk to me through the whole process. At the police station I was told if I didn’t give a blood sample my license would be taken away. I hate n...eedles and I really did not want them taking my blood. I called David to find out if my license would really be revoked if I didn’t willingly give a sample of my blood. David explained that if the officers had to get a warrant to take my blood that Arizona law really would automatically revoke my license for 1 year regardless of my being clean. I let them take my blood and still have my license. Thank you David for returning my call when I was in jail!
