Kylie Bigelow

Kylie is an exceptional attorney. She is knowledgeable and attentive. We hired her on a limited scope basis but we never felt limited. She has fought for my daughter's right to choose where she wants to live and for her right to child support. Even after our return hearing when Kylie was no longer ou...r attorney she helped us file a motion that has given us more time to prepare for our temporary orders hearing and eventual trail. We intend to re-hire her before our next hearing in a month or so to represent us. I would recommend her to anyone who would like their child's voice to be heard in court or anyone who is fighting for sole custody and child support.

I was referred to Modern Law when my marriage of 20 years came to an end. I was so devastated and lost. I met with Kylie and she had all the answers I needed.
