Garrett J Olexa

     Mr. Olexa is an AV Rated trial and business attorney currently in his 20th year of practice.  His experience is extensive and diverse. 

     Mr. Olexa has represented clients in a wide variety of lawsuits in state and federal court including defense of companies in complex product liability cases, representing both defendants and plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, representation of businesses and their owners in breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, and trademark and tradename infringement claims, representation of commercial property owners in breach of lease claims, representation of insurers in insurance bad faith claims, representation of Home Owners Associations (HOAs) and property management companies, as well as representation of buyers, sellers, and real estate agents in real estate litigation.  He has participated in mediations, arbitrations, bench trials, jury trials, and handled appeals arising from those trials. 

     Mr. Olexa also has experience representing individuals and businesses in connection with personal and business related legal matters, including things such as business formations, employment agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and agreements for the sale and purchase of businesses and their assets.  Mr. Olexa also frequently assists his clients with their estate planning needs, including the preparation or amending of their Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills.  He has also handled guardian and conservatorship matters and estate retaled litigation arising out of will and trust disputes.
