After a bad experience with another law firm, I contacted Lihn Law Group to help an elderly uncle create an estate plan. He is in a nursing home confined to a bed so he needed someone that would be patient with him and spend the time needed to understand his needs and wishes. Caleb and Hannah were aw...esome. They visited him several times in the process of understanding how he wanted his estate distributed and took great effort to help him understand the implications of everything he was doing. They went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of and throughout the whole process, it was clear that they genuinely cared about his best interest. They were always responsive to needs and requests and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future for additional legal help. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them and highly recommend them to anyone seeking estate planning or any legal help that is within their expertise.

In addition, my documents were organized in a professional binder (as opposed to a two pocket paper folder). I was also provided with a thumb drive containing digital copies of my documents. To go one step further, shortly after my signing, I received a letter from Caleb thanking me for allowing him to represent me in the preparation of my estate plan. Going into this process with a great deal of trepidation (do I know I can trust this person? do they know their stuff?) I can say that we had nothing but an extremely positive experience with Caleb and his firm. We redid our Family Trust, Powers of Attorney, Wills, and even a Special Needs Trust. Al...l was completed in a professional, yet empathetic and personal fashion. Caleb (and staff) ensured that we were informed of all aspects of each document, in layman's terms, and were never rushed or felt as if they were condescending in any way.
