A life saver

Thank you for being our lawyer I know it's a lot of baggage but you're an angel. You have made my life so much easier and have given me the best guidance and it has honestly made a difference because my ex was making me miserable and now I'm at a much better place. We are very grateful for you & your... job really does make a difference in our lives.

Excellent divorce attorney

Marty did an excellent job during my divorce. She explained and educated me on everything she said she would. She was easy to get a hold of when I had questions , and got the job done . Thanks again!!!!

High Conflict Dissolution of Marriage

I started in what would seem to be a simple divorce case but then turned into much more. My spouse left me taking our 6-year-old son, and something happened, and the department of child safety got involved. My X and her attorney did their best to keep my son from me having equal parenting time. My ...X wanted 2000K a month for 3 years. Marty was very honest with me telling me this will be a tuff battle. Marty’s honesty was something I knew I could count on even when it hurt, sometimes there’s things you don’t want to hear but you need to hear it. I ended up with 50/50 custody, paying the X 600$ a month for 18 months. And I got to keep my house. Marty had everything submitted to the court and was ready when that day came.

My Greatest Asset....

I have undergone a severe divorce, and a very challenging custody battle (my ex-wife has used severe Parent Alienation and numerous unfounded allegations through CPS) and have used different attorneys through different stages of the divorce. I found Marty via a consultation, and a month later, I was ...served with more false allegations and a custody battle materialized. Marty listened, understood the situation, and guided me through the entire nightmare as we fought through my 2016 custody/child support conflict. She used outside resources, as well as existing attorneys in her office, and prepared me so I could do my best when court time came. She was extremely prepared, thoughtful, and most importantly, very caring and understanding. Because of her and her approach, I was able to finally share my story and got total vindication with a court ruling. I would strongly recommend Marty and will definitely use her again if needed. I just wish I found her at the beginning of my journey....
