If I did not know better I would have thought I wrote the previous negative reviews since they were almost identical to our situation. Initially Mr. Rohlwing came across as a compassionate and caring attorney. He gave you hope to what appeared to be a dire situation. However that compassion and ho...pe soon faded once Mr. Rohlwing received all $5,000 upfront as requested. He stated he wiould personally appear at all court appearances. Not true. Out of a total of six court appearances Mr. Rohwing appeared at only three. Not to mention, out of the three he was late for one due to not knowing the correct court room to appear in. Mr. Rohlwing did not even attempt to provide any form of legal defense for our son. We did all the legal search by internet and told Mr. Rohlwing what we wanted done. Thanks to 'our' persistence our son came out better than some of the previous reviewers did. If it were not too late to do so, I would report Mr. Rohwing to the Arizona State Bar Association. Please, heed all previous reviews when considering Mr. Rohlwing for representation. I find the glowing review difficult to believe with this attorney. If you do retain Mr. Rohlwing, get everything down on paper and ask for receipts, which by law is to be provided to you.

I hired Mr Rohlwing to handle my son criminal case since the first conversation I notice he was very sweet and compassionate My son just called me from Maricopa county and stated Mr Rohlwing make him feel Safe and Secure this is the first time my son is in Jail very scary situation for us and for ...the whole family. my youngest son is in Afghanistan right now Sergeant in the Marines he reviewed Mr Rohlwing profile and told me Mom I believe Mr Rohlwing will do a good Job for my brother. This lawyer, was hired to represent my son in a criminal case, he charged us $10k upfront, immediately, and if the casevwas to go to trial, another $10k.... We gave him details, submitted evidence on my sons behalf, asked him repetiately, about info regarding the casr, his famous wordd were... 'Were... good, everything is fine, or went as I expected'. Come to find out, he never once argued on my sons case, kept asking for a continuance for months, ... He actually withdrew as my sons councel in August of 2 012, stating the reason why was because I threatened him. I never threatened him, come to find , he requested 2 months earlier, to be removed as my sons lawyer, and said at to us, along with stating he was going to file a restraining order against me... never did by the way... my son is stil in jail, its been a year, and we are $12800 dollars lesser because e made us pay for the tests to be proceeded, which my son passed, Lord loves us, hope you don't get mxed up with him.

I hired Mr. Rohlwing because I was accused of a DUI and arested. In actuality I had a medical condition that caused me to faint. I hired Mr. Rohlwing in an additional action an executive hearing with MVD because the police officer said I refusted to take a blood test. I was sufferuing from a medic...al condition and there is no way I could comprehend what she said. After getting out of Jail I provided Mr. Rohlwing medical documentation to use at the xecutive hearing. Also Mr. Rohlwing said for me not to show up because he would handle matter. I lost and in review hearing transcripts Mr. Rohlwing cross examination of the police officer was like something out of a first year law studentt moot court exercises. I was stunned. I fired Mr. Rohlwing and by myself was granted a rehearing because I noted medical documentation provided to Mr. Rohlwing was not used and a medical reason is relevant to the executive hearing regarding refusing a blood according to judge. I have been granted a trial de novo because of my efforts. I also asked Mr. Rohlwing if he would work for a rehearing and he said no because the executive hearing office rarely grants rehearings. I have fired Mr. Rohlwing and he has yet to return to me documents I supplied to him. But most of the documents I can obtain through public records requests.
