Since 1994, it has been Dennis' mission to help people with their estate planning needs. Dennis focuses on addressing your unique circumstances with the goal of making sure that your family is properly cared for and provided for, if and when death or disability occurs. His honest, conscientious commitment to his clients makes him a man you can trust to plan for your family's future. He will put your needs and concerns first and make sure that you have the information necessary to make important decisions about your estate.
Dennis finished both college and law school while serving as a Lineman with the Newark, NJ Fire Department. And from 1994 to 2008 he simultaneously maintained his fire department and law careers. After a one-year stint as an associate for a general practice Newark law firm, Dennis went solo in 1995 and has maintained an active private practice ever since. Dennis concentrates his practice on estate planning, including special needs planning, and he also handles matters in the related areas of probate and estate administration.
Dennis takes continuing education seriously to ensure that his plans always take advantage of the latest changes in the law. He is a member of WealthCounsel, the nation’s leading network of estate planning attorneys. In 2009 shortly after relocating to Arizona, he became a founding member of the WealthCounsel Arizona Forum. Additionally, Dennis pursues continuing education on special needs matters as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
"There is tremendous challenge and satisfaction in working with families and individuals to protect themselves and their loved ones. The process of learning clients’ unique circumstances, listening to their hopes and desires, and utilizing creative techniques in designing and implementing solutions is a dynamic process that does not lend itself to a standard approach. It is rewarding to see a client’s transformation in how they view estate planning once they become better informed and the plan is completed."
Dennis lives in Surprise and has been married to his wife, Michelle, for 25 years. Together they are the proud parents of four children. Family life dominates his hours away from work, keeping up with his wife, their three teenagers, and their oldest son and his wife. Dennis is a sports enthusiast and he is an avid Seton Hall University basketball fan. He loves Italian food and continues his quest to find the West Valley’s best Italian restaurant.
Dennis values community involvement and was a youth baseball coach in Surprise. He presently volunteers as a driver for some brave ladies with Mercies New who outreach to women caught trapped in human trafficking. He has also volunteered his services drafting wills and powers of attorney for police and firefighters with the Wills for Heroes program, and is a member of Alliance Defending Freedom’s Honor Corps.
